Advertising of personal items for sale, minors providing services, and non-profit ads are provided at no charge to our homeowners. To submit items to be added to the classified directory, please complete the 'Classified Ad Submission' found in eForms.

      "This list of services, items for sale and vendors is intended for informational purposes only and is not intended to be relied upon as a source of advice on any purchasing decision.  The Association does not endorse any vendor listed here and is not responsible for the provision of services by such vendor or the operation of their business, and any business conducted with such vendor shall be the sole responsibility of the resident.   The for-profit vendors on this list have paid a fee to the Association to be included on this list.  It is recommended that residents verify the current statuts of a vendor's licensing, insurance and record of performance before retaining any vendor.  The Association is not responsible for any acts or omissions committed by any vendor.
